Prepare the falafel burgers of 3: Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, solids and liquids, MEZEAST Falafel spice mix
Blend the chickpeas in a food processor or with a hand blender. Add the MEZEAST Falafel Seasoning Mix and stir well. Wet your hands and knead 4 balls of the falafel paste. Then flatten the falafel balls into burgers.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the Falafel burgers over medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Carefully remove them from the pan and set them aside for a while.
