Falafel burgers, prepared with the MEZEAST Falafel mix, are a perfect alternative to a regular hamburger. Plus, they are made from chickpeas, which is a good protein base!

Prepare the falafel burgers

Blend the chickpeas in a food processor or with a hand blender. Add the MEZEAST Falafel Seasoning Mix and stir well. Wet your hands and knead 4 balls of the falafel paste. Then flatten the falafel balls into burgers. Falafel burger
Fry the falafel burgers in a pan

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the Falafel burgers over medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Carefully remove them from the pan and set them aside for a while. Falafel burger
Serve and share the dish

Cut your burger buns in half and toast them briefly in the still hot frying pan. Assemble the Falafel burgers: Drizzle some Tahini sauce on the bun, add the Falafel burgers and finish with the red onion and lettuce. Enjoy Habibi! Falafel burger
