Preheat the oven of 5
Set the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat completely.
Prepare the vegetables of 5: Onions, raw, Peppers, sweet, green, raw, Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, Potatoes, raw, skin
Cut the potatoes & tomatoes into medium-sized round slices and the bell pepper & onion into rings.
Make the kofta of 5: Beef, ground, 97% lean meat / 3% fat, raw
Mix the beef mince with the MEZEAST Kofta Seasoning Mix. Make 12 flat kofta patties.
Bake of 5: Potatoes, raw, skin, Peppers, sweet, green, raw, Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, Tomato products, canned, sauce, Onions, raw, Beef, ground, 97% lean meat / 3% fat, raw
Place the kofta patties on a baking tray. Top with the potato slices, followed by the onions, green pepper and tomatoes. Pour the tomato passata over it. Cover with foil and place in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the kofta is completely cooked.
