Fry the chopped onion in a separate pan and wait until the onion is translucent. Add the tomato passata and s50ml water to the onion and bring to a boil over low heat (about 5 minutes). Add the baked kofta to the tomato sauce and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Kofta with tomato sauce and rice
