Prepare the sweet potato

Prick a few holes in the sweet potato with a fork. Cook the sweet potato in the microwave for 8-10 minutes. Turn it over after 4-5 minutes of cooking time. This recipe works best in the microwave, but you can also boil the sweet potato in plenty of water for 10 minutes. To do this, cut the sweet potato into cubes. Sweet potato falafel

Place the cooked sweet potato in a large bowl and mash it finely with a fork. Add the MEZEAST Falafel Seasoning Mix and mix well through the sweet potato with the fork. If the mixture is too moist, you can add a few fresh breadcrumbs. Sweet potato falafel

Divide the mixture into Falafel balls from the mix, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and fry the Falafel until golden brown. Sweet potato falafel
