Prepare the vegetables

Cut the carrots half lengthwise and then into large slices and cut the courgette into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan and sauté all the vegetables until they are slightly soft. Vegetable Couscous
Add the Muhammara

Add the MEZEAST Muhammara spread to the pan and cook for another minute. Now add the chickpeas too. Pour in 75ml water, bring everything to a boil and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes). Vegetable Couscous
