Add the MEZEAST Kofta Mix to 400g minced meat in a bowl. Mix with a spoon or by hand until fully combined.
Make the Kofta of 5
Divide the mixture into 12 pieces, rolling each into an oval shape.
Fry the kofta of 5: lean beef mince (it also works great with lamb mince)
Fry the kofta in a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp. of oil on medium heat, until they are nicely brown and cooked.
Toss the salad of 5
Cut to your preferred size the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and lettuce. Mix all vegetables with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a big salad bowl, and drizzle with the MEZEAST Pomegranate Sauce.

Heat the wraps in a microwave or in a hot pan for a few seconds. Add 1 tsp. of the Harissa Paste on top of each wrap and spread evenly with a spoon. Top with some lettuce and tomato slices and 2-3 warm Koftas. Close the wrap as shown and serve.
