Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix the chicken breast with the MEZEAST Shawarma mix and 2 tbsp oil and let it marinate for 5 min. Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat until the strips are brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Heat the wraps in a microwave or in a hot pan for a few seconds. Add 1 tbsp. of the Tahini Sauce on top of each wrap and spread evenly with a spoon. Top with some lettuce, tomato and onion slices and some of the warm Shawarma chicken. Close the wrap as shown and serve

Cut to your preferred size the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and lettuce. Mix all vegetables with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a big salad bowl, and drizzle with the Pomegranate Sauce.
