Make the Falafel of 4
Coarsely blend the contents of 1 can (400g) of drained chickpeas, together with 2-3 tbsp of water in a food processor or with a hand blender. Place the chickpea mixture in a large bowl, add the Falafel mix and stir with a fork until fully combined. Divide the mixture into 12 pieces and form into Falafel patties. Add 3 tbsp oil to a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the Falafel patties on each side until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
Heat the wraps of 4
Heat the wraps in a microwave or in a hot pan for a few seconds. Add 1 tbsp Tahini Sauce on top of each wrap and spread evenly with a spoon. Top with some lettuce and tomato slices and 2 warm Falafels.
Toss the salad of 4
Cut to your preferred size the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and lettuce. Mix all vegetables with 1 tbsp olive oil in a big salad bowl, and drizzle with the Pomegranate Sauce.
