Originating in Lebanon, Fattoush salad is a deliciously tart and sweet salad, made using our MEZEAST Pomegranate Sauce to make the dressing. Toast the pitta

Heat 1tbsp of the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the pitta pieces for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside while you make the salad.
Mix the salad

Toss the tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, lettuce and mint leaves together in a large bowl.
Dress the salad

Mix the extra virgin olive oil and the MEZEAST Pomegranate sauce together and pour over the salad. Sprinkle on the sumac.
Serve the salad
