Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, then add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the MEZEAST Harissa paste and the drained white beans and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add 237ml water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thick and creamy.
