We're so excited to share our Harissa Chicken Wrap recipe with you as we think its so delicious! It's quick and simple to make and has a little chilli kick.. Also delicious with minute steak or strips of aubergine too!

Prepare the chicken

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix the chicken breast with the MEZEAST® Seasoning Mix and 2tbsp oil and let it marinate for 5 min.
Heat a non stick frying pan and fry the chicken over a medium heat until the strips are brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Build the wraps

Remove the wraps from the packaging and heat in a microwave or in a hot pan for a few seconds.
Swirl half the MEZEAST® Harissa Paste into the yogurt and drizzle a little over each wrap. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices and some of the warm chicken.
Caramelise the lemon

For a delicious twist - cut the lemon in half and brush with a little oil, griddle or grill for a few minutes until browned - squeeze over your finished wraps for an extra burst of flavour!
