Marinade the chicken
5 Min
Spoon the harissa into a large bowl and mix in the lemon zest, juice and olive oil. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and mix well until the chicken is completely coated with the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Roast or BBQ

Light the barbecue or preheat the oven to 200˚C (180˚C fan ovens) and cook the chicken for 20-25 mins until browned and piping hot throughout.

In another bowl mix the yogurt and tahini or garlic sauce. When the chicken is cooked and ready for the table drizzle with the yogurt sauce and finish with the pomegranate seeds, pinenuts and herbs. Add a sprinkle of sumac if you have it!
