Prepare your ingredients

Cook the Tagliatelle according to the preparation instructions on pack. Meanwhile, defrost the prawns and finely chop the red onion. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, fry the prawns and onions until the onions become translucent, about 4 minutes.

Add to the pan

Add the MEZEAST Harissa paste and broccoli and cook for 1 more minute. Add the tinned tomatoes and 100ml water and slowly bring to a boil. Let everything simmer on a low heat for about 5-10 minutes.

Toss in the pasta

Add the tagliatelle to the MEZEAST Harissa and prawn sauce, serve and enjoy!
