Instruction

Cook the pasta and fry the mince

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on pack. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mince until golden brown.
Add the MEZEAST Harissa paste

Finely chop the onion, add it to the pan with the MEZEAST Harissa paste and fry for another minute. Harissa Spaghetti Bolognese
Add the tomatoes

Add the tomatoes and 120ml water and slowly bring to the boil. Let everything simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Plate up

Serve the spicy bolognese with the spaghetti.
