Make the marinade

To start this Middle Eastern cauliflower recipe, put 1 tbsp olive oil, the MEZEAST Toum Garlic Sauce, the yoghurt and the MEZEAST Muhammara in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

Coat the cauliflower

Add the cauliflower florets and mix well until the florets are completely covered with the sauce.

Oven bake the cauliflower

Put it in an oven dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven when the cauliflower florets are soft and lightly golden brown.
