Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix the chicken breast with the MEZEAST Shawarma mix and 2tbsp oil and let it marinate for 5 min. Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat until the strips are brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Heat the wraps in a microwave or in a hot pan for a few seconds. Add 1 tbsp. of the Tahini Sauce on top of each wrap and spread evenly with a spoon. Top with some beetroot salad leaves, shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, cress, microherbs or coriander and onion slices and some of the warm Shawarma chicken. Squeeze over the lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Close the wrap as shown and serve.
